Some companies make it difficult to transfer domain names away from their servers. If you need help transferring your domain name to us, please tell us your domain name and the current registrar. We can then give you advice on transferring your domain name.
You will need to contact us if you need to change nameserver details. Please remember to give us your invoice number as proof that you are the domain name registrant. If you only change nameserver details (keep us as the domain registrar) then we can continue to provide technical support for your domain name.
You should note that if you choose to transfer your domain name to another registrar, we cannot provide any technical support for your domain name. You will need to contact your new domain registrar with any enquiries.
