The WorldPay Customer Management System is included with all WorldPay Internet Merchant Accounts. The WorldPay Customer Management System allows you to:
- view summary lists of all successful and failed transactions in specified date ranges
- view transaction and customer details for any individual transaction
- process full or partial refunds if required
- customise payment pages using predefined templates or using your own files and logos
- customise transaction confirmation emails
- automatically reject transactions from specified email addresses or IP addresses using the WorldAlert Configurator
- and more.
The Customer Management System is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is updated in real time. All transactions through your Internet Merchant Account, whether from your website or through the Virtual Terminal will be listed in the Customer Management System.
The Customer Management System is available and live as soon as you have completed your application for your Internet Merchant Account. You can begin configuring and customising your account and testing web transactions without delay.
