This application form is for companies that already have a merchant account with their bank. Before applying, you will need to ask your bank for an Internet Merchant ID for use with WorldPay. You will need to enter this on the application form.
IMPORTANT - During the application you will be asked about your business and how you trade with your customers. More than one of the given options may be true. Most companies should select I sell goods and services produced and provided by my company. Selecting the other options will normally result in your application being "rejected" for "certain products" that WorldPay will not provide payment processing for. This does not mean you cannot have a WorldPay account - you may simply have chosen the wrong options.
If your online application is rejected before completion, you need to close the application form window and restart your application from this page. You cannot click the back button and select the correct option - that will not work - you must start the application again.
If you have any problems with your application, please contact us as soon as possible - we can normally reply within a couple of hours. Please remember to tell us your name, your company name, what goods or services you provide, any error or rejection messages you receive and anything else that may be relevant. If you subsequently obtain your WorldPay account through discussions with WorldPay, please let us know.
