All of our Windows and Linux web servers have the correct MIME types set up to allow hosting of WAP sites on your web hosting account. There is no additional charge for this facility.
You may use other technologies such as Perl (CGI) / Active Server Pages and Microsoft Access databases with your WAP site on Windows 2000 hosting accounts. You may use Perl (CGI) / PHP and MySQL databases on your Linux web hosting account. You can also use ASP, PHP or Perl (CGI) to send email from forms on your WAP site.
You may also wish to upgrade your web hosting account to use a WAP subdomain of the form http://wap.yoursite.com. This can give a more professional image than hosting your WAP site in a subdirectory of your main web site such as http://www.yoursite.com/wap/. WAP subdomains incur an additional fee.
